Dough:
1 lb butter
1 lb flour
1 lb dry cottage cheese

Mix well and make balls, about golfball size. Refrigerate the dough overnight.  Roll the balls out thin, a few at a time, and fill them with poppyseed, lekvar, or apricot filliing.  Roll the dough and shape it into crescents.  Bake at 400 F for 10 to 15 minutes.
