wide noodles

Grind leftover ham (meat and fat) into a frying pan.  Fry it over medium heat to render the fat.

Cook the noodles and potatoes.  The noodles should be broken into small pieces as you drop them into boiling water.

Add cooked, cut-up potatoes and cooked noodles to the ham and mix them thoroughly.
