Bless my little kitchen, Lord
I love its every nook.
And bless me as I do my work,
Wash pots and pans and cook.
May the meals that I prepare,
Be seasoned from above,
With your blessings and your grace,
But most of all - Your love.
As we partake of earthly food,
The table you have spread,
We’ll not forget to thank you, Lord,
For all our daily bread.
So bless my little kitchen, Lord,
And those who enter in;
May they find naught but joy and peace,
And happiness therein.

Recipes
I didn’t have potatoes, so I substituted rice.
I didn’t have paprika, so I used another spice.
I didn’t have tomato sauce, so I used tomato paste.
Not a half can, a whole one, I don’t believe in waste.
A friend gave me the recipe, she said you couldn’t beat it.
There must be something wrong with her, I couldn’t even eat it!
